For me it was always about stopping, I quit cigarettes 18 months ago took this up to help, started on 18mg of nicotine slowly reduced that down to 0mg but I suppose its just replacing one habit with another albeit less harmful
and l can now happily go days without using it so for me its helped.I did have a cigarette over the festive period a bit drunk and was with friends who still smoke it was terrible I felt so sick its put me off completely

I use a couple an Inshare 50w fixed usb charge which is small enough to fit in your pocket and charges in a couple of hours and a Smok R200 with a Kanger top fill tank which takes a couple of 18650 batteries so its a bit weighty of the two the Smok is better variable wattage/temp and lasts longer ,The Inshare is a bit of a pain to find coils for to be honest and can be a bit leaky, never any issue with the Kanger atomiser..In the process of weaning myself off them altogether currently on 0mg another month or two should do it

Full postage refund …although it doesn’t make up for not receiving the product when expected, I would push it further I work for the online side of a retail business any ND missed are immediately refunded postage also any screamers are pacified with 10%/20% discount of the next order

Another fan of Ae here ,one of my favourites actually I love the washed out roughness of the trails (it is a mountain bike your on ..yeah?) and the climbs are immense, but I do ride with a few who dislike it with a passion I’m sure there not alone hence why its never overly busy …but that to me makes it even better ,yep great cafe & bike shop and only a 30 min drive away for me

Its all subjective I spend what I can afford in 25 yrs MTBing I’ve had 4 bikes none of which have worn out, trust me i’ve tried I’ve just kinda outgrown them as such
15 speed rigid (8yrs)then 27 speed hard tail (7 yrs)then single speed hard tail (7yrs)now carbon 30 speed full suss(3yrs to present)I’ve upgraded parts as required but not been sucked in by marketing trends the fun I have now is no different to the fun I had on my first bike ,so to answer your question “Is it worth the cost”my answer would be yes ,if you feel the need to buy into every new must have part then probably not ..thems yer choices

It was July 1990 at a rave I was ..ahem slightly worse for wear when I spotted the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, fuelled with chemical bravado(I would have never attempted to speak to her otherwise)introductions were made and nonsense was spoken ..we discovered a mutual love of 10000 Maniacs,REM and Galaxie 500 fast forward 25 years and 3 kids later she still fills me with awe ..admittedly the past 12 months have been trying to say the least and we’ve both lost our way a bit, but listening to this again takes me right back to that time when everything seemed possible everything was simple …as the year draws to a close I want to regain that feeling …**** it i will regain that feeling 2016 WILL BE MINE !!

Horses for courses innit after 20+ years on a hard tail i ventured into FS territory last year and got a Ghost lector short travel admittedly i spent the first month falling all over the shop previous 5 years on a single speed so the array of gears and suspension lockout flumoxed me somewhat, but i do find it more forgiving and easier on the arse on long day treks I still ride the hardtail about 50% of the time and now find them both fun in there own way and would miss either one if i was limited to one bike
