Pretty much any double or triple chainset will take a Race Face NW chainring (I think)
I can certainly vouch for Shimano anyway, as I run XT crank arms with a single NW on my steed.
Continental Protection?
Praxis all the way:

Adapter & bottom bracket in one for £60! (RRP.)
I’d say your forks are knackered.
Looks like stress marks in the paint – not good.
Thanks for telling us the colour of the bits & bobs…..
;)
Knog Blinder is superb – very bright, loads of settings & excellent battery life.
I looked at your house and it didn’t fink no-one was in, so thought I’d try the neighbour
I took delivery of my wheels from Wiggle via DX yesterday.
I missed them on Wednesday, so arranged re-delivery for yesterday & they did turn up.
The driver said:
“I didn’t see a car in the driveway, so assumed nobody was home”
Unbelievable!
Going to get a set of Hope Enduros for it so I’ll get the rear adaptor at the same time.
You will also need the 12mm axle itself.
I recently got a frame with a 142 x 12mm back end, but it came with one.
I believe there are 3 different types…..
Re. The reviews – the first few are bad (terrible actually) but they have maybe been unlucky?
Good deteriant in my book for £5!
Wowzers! 8O
+1 for the Praxis.
Been running one for 6 months on my commuter – flawless.
MTB, cx or road build?
roverpig: pic meant to include bike???
Oh, just spotted it! ;)
The xc rimmed wheels come in 29″……
Got it, Cheers.
Yes please (gift if you could please)
+1 for using a split pin instead.
Pretty sure I have a couple spare.
Yours for £1.50 posted.
jfb01: What about the 2Souls Slim Jim?
QH’s wee bro…..
Still trying to find the weight of a 2souls Quarterhorse frame.
My full build came in at bang on 30lbs, pictured here:
Roughly speaking, I think in XL flavour, the frame must weigh 6lbs.
Dear Mr. nixon,

I think it does.
If you are buying new wheels anyway, you not just as well trying it out?
I have 3.
1) Alp-X 2.0 GT AS Gore-Tex for the wet rides.
2) Cosmo softshell for general cold mtb outings.
3) Phantom 2 for commuting.
Love them all.
IMO, they are indeed as good as they say.
Looks awesome!!! :)

A RS Stealth dropper is listed at the bottom of the page as a related product, so safe to say it is Stealth compatible?

2015 Kona Jake the Snake?
Brakes can be changed….
I have Hope V-Twins on mine.
Been using a Praxis Works on my Kona JTS for about 5 months – no creaking what so ever.
Green: #Enduro
Do you not wonder how naff you will look in your cheap green helmets?
Eh, no – it matches my bike! Doh.
I’m guessing you missed out….. :D
Ok.
I’ve ruled tubeless out in the past, but now thinking I should reconsider.
Carbon rims – pffft! May aswell…..
Nah, would rather stick with tubes.
My S-Works seatpost came with 2 top clamps:
1 for Alloy rails & 1 for 7 x 9mm carbon rails.
Dianese Trail Skins?
Don’t have them (yet) but they look good.
Nice & low profile, supposed to be very comfortable.
Slacken the rear a few turns & tighten the front.
You are currently set to 12°
2 Souls Quarterhorse – big and robust and steel!
+1!
I may be slightly biased tho…..
:D
I picked one up in Dundee today for £17.
Proper bargain!
Even matches my matt green Kona JTS ;)
Thanks OP :)
RCT3 Solo Air +1!
Troy Lee A1 is without a doubt the best helmet I’ve owned so far.
Extremely comfortable.
Google images, but amusing all the same….
