the older cardboard ones

Mine also had a layer of cardboard under the insole, it didn’t last long so picked it all out.

Have even had them through the washing machine a couple of times (when Mrs. P is out)

They will be fine.

If you get them wet, which is enavitable, leave them upside down on a warm radiator overnight.

Job done.

As u know I also have a Solaris & wanted Revs lowered to120mm.

Then came the long & painful wait on my above mentioned ‘Air Spring Assembly’

Anyway, finally got it about 6 weeks ago, had it fitted & it transformed the bike, feels a lot more planted – well happy! :-)

I would be interested to know your axle to crown (just below headset cup) length measurement please.

I regularly use the cycle path network (sometimes with Jr in his Wee-ride)

It is scary how many folk ignore the bell & I don’t tend to hang about, so wizz past regardless, usually with some abuse my way past for going too fast…..

Dogs not on leads is for another thread – winds me right up!
