    Another Windchill?

The Intense on the other hand is more than a random bag of tubing emptied out onto the floor and welded how they fell.

    It’s Carbon…… ;)

That Intense is a thing of Beauty! (The lower link will be prone to rock strikes though, like the Mk.2 SC Nomad)

The Ellsworth looks like poop – the rocker is way too long (asthetically)

Bet they both ride nice though.

“will I die under the wheels of an X6/uninsured Corsa?”

I sincerely hope not, but more than likely.

All that fancy frame technology & they ended up putting a PF30 on it?

Obviously never put much thought into that bit…..

I’ve got a 2015 Kona Jake the Snake.

It came with 105 & shifts very smoothly indeed.

As good as the Ultegra on my Roubaix.

Frog are nice & lightweight, reasonably priced & good quality.

The 16″ Frog weighs less than my son’s 12″ Ridgeback.

Waiting patiently on him taking a stretch so we can get him the 20″ with gears……

    Myhermes – You sure?

I did indeed just last week post a frame using them.

When I returned to the same drop off shop with something else on Saturday, the owner said the Myhermes driver told him he shouldn’t have accepted it because it was too big?

Just a word of warning – might be worth checking out…..

I know it’s Royal Mail that do the delivering.

Merlin’s efficiency in picking items, packaging them up & getting them to the depot is where I think they deserve credit.

    Thanks.

I could only find 2 places online that had the bit I needed.

It was nearly £8 cheaper with Merlin.

Was thinking the same, the plain rims that came on the bike looked nicer – getting high on white spirit tomorrow….

    Running 32’s on it.

The Stans are only 3mm wider than the rims that came on the bike.

I chose the Arch EX over the Crest for the extra strength (15 ish stone)

    Yes, it’s a 40T hub :)

    Yes, Shimano 105 11 speed cassette (11-28)

    It won’t fit because I have the wrong freehub (I’ve got a ‘HUB523’ for 8, 9 & 10 speed)

    I need a ‘HUB528’…..

    This answers my question:

    Got this off Merlin Cycles:

    HUB528 Alloy / Shimano 8,9,10,11 speed

jacob46: The CAADX was on my list, but ruled it out to looking a bit bland (sorry, no offence if you do get it)

    Awesome spec though…..

    Thanks all.

It was the colour that attracted me to it.

    Not even a green lid?

    I intend racing it too.

Bummer, not what I wanted to hear as I was going to order from Germany….

Maybe just as well I asked.

Any idea how do they size to Specialized?

    I’m a UK 11 & my Specialized Expert road shoes are a EU 46.

    I’m in Scotland.

Couldn’t see an option to change country?

The screen previous to the one in the pic was me filling in my address details though.

I’m ordering via mobile, maybe should try & change it at the start to desktop version?

Duffer – You will be amazed at how light the Frogs are.

My 3yr old has an MX12 & tried a 16″ Frog today & it was noticeably lighter!

Holding off til Spring til he can manage a 20″ though.

I have a pair of the Superstar ones you can have for the price of postage.

They are 34mm diameter which I believe is the same as the Sunlines.

I used the Sunlines for years.

I’m now running ESI Extra Chunky grips & cannot fault them.
