Yeah don't sell your bike what ever you do. You'll need an outlet. It'll help you de-stress. The kids will pick up on you being stressed out. You need to be calm and relaxed for the kids.

I agree with Takisawa. I've done the same thing. Moved on now. Too 4 years abroad and well away from her. Much better off now. I live with Mrs Admiralable near the sea with 2 gorgeous kids. :)

well called APC customer services to be told that I was carded because thats what it says on their system. irrespective of me not actually having had a card through the door. i have to go and collect the package now. from caerphilly. thats ok it's only a 70 mile round trip with no car. i'll walk it shall I? best part is they are only open from 9 till 7 monday to friday and 9 till 12 on a saturday. when during my full time hours am I supposed to do that? I leave the house at 6.30am and don't get back till 7.30! one thing is certain despite it not being anything to do with JEJ service I won't be using them again. i'll stick to CRC.

I've got 177.5 and I can't really tell the difference TBH. I just wanted the XTR shinyness :)

Imagine: You're in a pub/bar/club. You need a wee. You go to the bogs, do the biz, zip up. But then you get the 'dribbles'. You go back to the group you pretend to yourself your friends. At first, you are mortally paranoid someone will notice; Will there be staining, wet patches, a smell? After a while however, you've forgotten about it completely and it worries you no longer.

That's how much it matters.

Just ordered one from J E James. Fingers crossed it works.

How much of the steerer does the stem need to grip? At the moment on my Tora's there's a good 10mm below the stem top and thats as it was from Giant.

Mojo said that it's an aluminium steerer. I did think about an internal sleeve and extension. I have a friend who can do Aluminium welding cos he does a lot of work for garages. But how strong will this be? I had it done to a pair of Rock Shox RS1's but they were steel steerers. No idea about welding on anything. Gluing is about as far as I go.
