if you think you'll be ok on your singlespeed, i'm quite sure we could accomodate you. pace shouldn't be too hot. we're all middle aged(ish).different "fitless" levels

slightly biased here, but rainworth might be worth a look. handy for nottingham, m1 and a1. crime rate not too bad. reasonably friendly locals,well catered for with shops and a couple of good takeaways, and only 5 mins ride into sherwood forest with miles upon miles of trails to everywhere

i run 2 of these and never had a problem. run with hope recommended batteries and get 2-3 hours run time no prob. run 1 bar mount 1 helmet mount, gives good light spread. only got caught out once when i forgot i'd got light on my head(painful landing!)

only the usual sections are still a bit iffy, but that was sunday morn.
should actually be reasonably quick now. what time you up?

car park seems to be full most days at the weekend, but what i want to know is, how many riders actually return after their visit? some people i've spoken to recently said they thought the area was ok, but they won't be hurrying back with the trails as they are

as i'm led to understand, chase trail builders have a really good rappor with f.c which allows them acertain amount of artistic licence in trail deseign and building, which in turn leads to a great venue for riding.

pines could offer so much more if this was the case there.
