snapped the ligament off my little finger before christmas, and chipped the middle bone in my thumb three weeks ago.

oh and managed to golf ball my left knee at margam yesterday

yeah mate,but been doing road for a while. apparently there's a ride form there every week now ,leave about 6.30.
not been yet, but loooking at going this wed

sh*t weekend though. managed to bust the back wheel on the s/s on the way home sat.
then to top it all off,managed to bust a thumb coming off on the monkey.

thanks for the ride pook. shoulder a little bit sore from my enforced dismount but the back feels fine today. apart from the snow had a real blast. look forward to doing it again. cant wait for another ome of your fine vids. 😀

not knowing the route properly will i be able to ride this with my back still being a bit iffy?
went out last night for a spin and back was ok, but a bit achey on some longer climbs. bear in mind i was on the single speed so no sit and crawl with granny gears

really want to come as i've missed the last ones because of one reason or another. now i can make it, i'm blody invalided

yeah! be prepared to spin on the flat 🙁

if its not that hilly i'd be inclined to start with 32-16, then see how you go.
