I had a 08 heckler and changed to a five, really liked the heckler but prefer the steeper SA and slacker HA of the five..
the 2013 heckler has a new geo, 72/67,5 with a 150mm fork!, ISCG 05 and tapered..so geo is close to the five now …

that chart is fine for the old sov (size only regular and long), the new one..(sizes s,m,l,xl) has for 140mm forktravel, 68HA and 71SA..
which is close to the bfe with 68,6 and 71,6..
    but they ride completely different..

a charger which does not get red hot and smelly while charging is …so far !… a “good” one for me….
looks like the recommendation from PeterPoddy, but different brand..

the charger which came with my magicshine CT 808 two years ago heated up extremly and smelled like burning plastic while charging..
    batteries went hot also….

since I bought a good charger it is fine now..

as far as I remember are the stickers on the blue frames under the laquer, but not on the gritstones frames with the reflective decals..
just look on the website under colour options for the old bfe..

    as far as I know…
troof, bagger and pig are discontinued..
but for next year there should be..the blue pig 2 (thought we already had it..the MK2..)for 160mm forks..
a new piglet and the big wig a 29er steel HT for 120mm forks..

    caustic soda removes the anodising..
most toilet cleaners work with caustic soda..so it`s easy to get..
apply it and let it work just!! until the colour is gone…and remove!,
the parts will be shiny grey, ..(kind of..)

look here, starting at page 23 ..

    http://www.dtswiss.com/Resources/Support/HUBS/DT-Swiss-Hubs-240s-Technical-Manual

for some tasks you need a special “dt swiss tool”, (which is nearly impossible to buy..) but as far as I remember you need it only only for the rear hub disassembling..

I´ve seen several NP silver ano frames…
and for me there are differences !
the welds on the one I got where really! dark and had a rough surface,
on the welds, the welding itself was perfect
normally I like the industrial look of it ,
but on mine it was just looking like something went wrong !

the look was quite different to the scalp shown !!

    I got one..
wasn`t happy with the dark welds
    (same look as tomtomr´s)
    frame went back..

    ton…go for it
a friend of mine bought an e-bike last summer for commuting…
I didnt thought that it is a good idea for somebody fit and healthy..and still dont think so ..
but borrowed it from him for a test ride..
it was real good !!…couldn`t believe it..but it was just a lot of fun
if I wouldn`t be able to ride my bikes anymore for any reason,
    I wouldn`t hesitate a second..
