had the actual version for half a year, as it was new some time ago (EBB version).. rode it with pikes in 140mm travel,but I think 100mm forks will be no problem just giving a different handling, as hugor said..
never had any problems with the EBB,
downside for me ( 6.2 and long legs)was that my L frame had bottlebosses in the seattube,so couldn`t lower my seatpost enough for tight, steep,tech sections…

my old heckler back in 2008…meanwhile with marzocchi z1 freeride 1 and fox dhx coil…and so much fun

had a pike on my heckler and it was very good….
but now…with a marzocchi z1 freeride 1 (same length as lyriks ) and a fox dhx coil and it is even better..

I run my heckler with DHX5 and ti coil….and I am very happy with it
much better than the original RP…
together with an older marzocchi coil fork, 150mm it is the perfect combination for me..

that dirt hardtail edition issue ..brilliant..
still on my table now and then

got it as sale item , but was still very expensive..

after 4 trips to the alps I am very pleased..was really worth the cash..

the steep seatangle will make it a good climber ..of course..
had a blue pig for a while and wasn`t really happy with…center of weight was too forwarded for me…personal preferences..
but..really like the mega`s..

mega seems to fit the specs…if you like steep! seatangles..

thought E2/tapered headtubes won`t accept 1.5s..
