Thanks to both @allanoleary for the advice and @jon1973 for starting the thread.

Came onto the forum for a general lunchtime browse of van chat and access arguing and got a quick fix for the phone issue that’s been bugging me all day!

    Yes! Loved it!

Now watching the bodyguard and it feels so slooow… Yeah he’s a tortured soul I get it, stop lingering on him and cut to the next scene!

I rode it 3 years ago and it was good! I could pop out there at the weekend and find out for you if that’s any help?!

+1 thanks for the link Jamie. That was a fascinating read!

Or as it’s STW I’ll recommend the tyres I use!

To do it properly you should only use Richard Herring’s bulb referral link. Or as the cool kids at the pump track call it RHBRL (rhbrl)!

@bikebouy just to confirm that i’m single but skinny (and hopefully not too smelly despite being a majority T-zone washerer!)

Also didn’t expect this thread to run to 3 pages! Seems about 50/50 now between T-zone and all-over washers.

Oh, and I went for a ride yesterday and then washed my legs as they had got mucky. That’s them done for another year now…

Crikey, looks like me and ajantom might be in the minority here then!

The smelly bits get washed every time but limbs are secondary and only get a proper wash maybe 1 out of every 4 showers. Genuinely doesn’t feel like they need it every time. I always considered myself pretty well groomed but now I’m starting to doubt it!

This pub conversation was a tangent from one of Richard Herring’s emergency questions for any RHLSTP fans out there!

Did he have a 70s mustache and say something like ‘ooh it’s very stiff, can you help me with my large tool’ then yes, he may have been trying to diddle you!

If you are thinking theme parks then Alton Towers is quite full on if you are not into the big rollercoasters. It is a nice place to be though, no issues with litter when i was there.

I’d suggest drayton manor or chessington which both have rides that are a bit tamer but still proper coasters.

We dry-lined my son’s cold bedroom and now it warms up with the heat from his computer when he plays GTA hard!

I haven’t heard a teenagers bedroom activities called that before!

@gauss1777 my son and I started playing it together last night, only got to the end of the tutorial type levels but so far it is a hit! fun gameplay and top graphics.

Plus I’d add a huge recommendation for trials fusion for anyone new to this thread. It’s like being a superhero version of Dougie Lampkin!

Stick although it should be darker please. Also links should be in a stronger blue as they are hard to spot at the moment.

Also the ‘you must be logged in to post’ message should have a link to log in in it, innit?!

Overall I like the update! Viewing in chrome on an android phone.

OK you might only sell a dozen, but it’s clearly a gap in the market.

It’s certainly a gap in the fork at least.

Also I’d change your tyre if I was you scottfitz, the one in that photo looks in poor condition…

    @philb88

nickdavies has already touched on this but just to check…

when you are using bikehike you can untick the ‘follow road’ box in the bottom right and then click anywhere on the map to make the track. So for offroad routes once that’s unticked you can manually follow any path you like.

You can also map out the track either on the Google map panel or the OS map panel to follow bridleways etc. On the Google map panel switching to satellite is good for following off road trails.

Finally you can toggle the map sizes as well to make either the Google Maps/ OS maps panel bigger or smaller.

    Billy Connelly.

Or if I can’t nominate him for some reason I’ll go for Julia Bradbury.

Let the grass to about thigh height then make love to your beautiful wife in the middle of it whilst filming it from a drone. Lovely memories to keep.

That or the pond/ orchard idea sounds nice.

thanks all, that’s pretty much what i thought! i don’t really care about frame material tbh, i’d rather test the bike and know that it’s good than worry about specs but just wanted to check in case i’d missed anything.

Arkose 3 definitely at the top of the list to look at.

Do get the train, it will be fine. Yes there will be a bit of queuing but they are super organised and the atmosphere is good. If you are bothered just hang around for a drink after the game to let the crowd disperse

Thanks allthepies that fix is awesome!

In terms of the Bing API key I chose the basic version which said you can do something like 120,000 transactions for free. Is that something you have to worry about? Does that mean the limit is 120,000 tiles or something on each key?

    Cheers
