    It depends on the context.

There is organised doping (think festina, t mobile astana maybe) so in these cases, if it can be proved, yep chuck them out.

There's also indvidiuals doping like that fellow from cofidis the other year, i wouldn't think for a minute that his frenchie teammates were on the fiddle so on them, it;s ufair.

Lance reckons that there was no doping, yet, quite a few of his teammates over the years have subsequently returned positive tests. even the most anti lance fan would find it hard to prove, or argue, that it was organised doping within his team. in this context it would be hard to disqualify a man who has no control over the preparation of his teammates.

personally, i think its unfair for a winner to be disqualified because of a teammates cheating.

look at menchov a couple of years ago. although he didn't get close to winning, he was obviously as piss3d off as the fans at rasmussens indiscretions. if he was winning, it had nothing to do with him

Maybe this could be turned into an opportunity to develop the trails around the beacon.

I read the "story" in the mercury and thought there was some cheap journalism in it, however, a non cycling dog walking friend of mine has mentioned problems with cyclists on many occasions.

If we ride more sensibly and with more concern for other countryside users maybe there'd be less bad newspaper articles.

    Quit.

It makes sense, you know it does.

Your brain knows it doesn't need fags deep down.

Soon the cravings will be but a distant memory.

Spesh do make nice fitting shoes. Sidi make pimptastic shoes, but, you got to spend to get the quality uppers and they skimp on the insole. Many, many people who buy sidi's come back to the shop i work in to get inserts…

But, a colleague hates spesh and reckons the wedge nearly wrecked his knees.

Mavic shoes are pretty nice, sensible fit, nice supple uppers, good support.

Pedal wise, look keo or shimano for cheap and cheerful. Speedplay or time if you have wonky knees.

Once, a couple of years ago I was riding through a village when i was called a **** w@nker by a bunch of youths, to my amazement (i'm normally quite tranquil) i stopped and threatened them – there were about 6 or 7 of them. they said they said nothing which woulnd me up a bit so i crossed the road and surprise, surprise, they scarped.

Bunch of narrow minded morons. They are. OP, hope your arms ok soon enough, don't let the cretards stop you biking.
