Use Interparcel, Parcel2go, Parcelmonkey etc,etc to get some prices.
As long as you have a decent box it is never that difficult.
It will be cheaper than you think.

Another vote for MusicBee here. Been using it a fair while and see no reason to change.
Always rip your cd’s to the lossless format of your choice – you can always shrink them down to an mp3 later to put on your phone etc….

Wait for a free listing weekend on eBay.
Start at a quid and list it with a sensible finishing time.
What it sells for is generally what it’s worth (to someone else).

Do you class value as cheap or best for the money?
If the latter look at a PHD Alpha or Kappa jackets – the Alpha is in their sale starting shortly.
    PHD Alpha Belay

Having tried a few, Musicbee is the best free one IMO.

Wait until they have a £1 only fee weekend and stick it on eBay.
Recently sold an Aquaracer on ebay and got more for it than I paid 6 months earlier.
eBay is actually a reasonably good place to buy quality watches as long as you have an inkling of common sense.

Another +ve here. The wife has had a Disco Sport from new – one of the first with the Ingenium 2 litre diesel.

Have to say it has been excellent – been back once in a couple of years for an aircon issue.

She test drove the latest (at the time) Q5 and VW equivalent and preferred the LR in all aspects with the exception of the satnav (which is crap!).

Got a really nice Rab down one……really useful round the house this time of year when you’re too tight to put the heating on (and that is all it’s ever used for)

Buy some second hand Bose ones (QC25 maybe) from ebay them sell them on when done. You won’t be left that much out of pocket and you’ll have had a reasonable set of ear duffs for your trip(s).

Fi. House of Fraser are doing 3 for 2 on luggage incl Samsonite if any use. Just got a couple of cases with a hardshell Samsonite cabin case for free. Have absolutely zero knowledge of posh cases but these seem ok.

Have been using Rega decks for a few years now and must say the quality of their newer Planar range P1 to P3 is excellent. Don’t forget, you would need to factor in a reasonable phono stage for the Rega and Pro-ject decks.

Have you tried it with a spacer?
Have a Mavic road hub with Shimano 11 speed cassette and that needs a spacer

As above, the school should have an asbestos register.
Speaking to a colleague who used to work in asbestos recovery, if you believe the wall has possible asbestos fibres embedded in it the whole area should be cordoned off and sealed/put out of bounds. Any persons coming in contact should be quarantined to prevent fibres getting out of the area. Relative authority need to be contacted immediately – need to treat it extremely seriously. Sounds like overkill but it doesn’t take much to do irreparable damage to the lungs.

HAD it in my right (dominant) hand/wrist and was uncomfortable up to the elbow at times. Cycling, driving and sleeping were the most uncomfortable! Wore a splint at night and other than allowing me to go through a night without waking up in pain it didn’t do an awful lot.
Had one steroid injection which worked for approx six months before the symptoms came back worse than before with really burning fingers! – was then advised by the consultant that surgery would be the best option.
Had (open) surgery approx 18 months ago and it has worked well though the heel of the hand (area of surgery) can still feel a little sensitive sometimes.
All done on the NHS and to be fair they were excellent.

As mentioned above, Guincho beach is a good visit.
Around the other side of Cascais – has the full force of the Atlantic thrown at it so can be good for surfing and the like.
If you don’t mind a bit of a drive Obidos to the North is a good visit and the Aroreira coast to the south of the river has some nice beaches.

Have started using tubeless 28s and it has been a revelation (in comfort and grip) for me.
If they fit your frame and your rims aren’t too narrow I would recommend them every time now.

Go 28’s for a comfy ride as long as they will fit and you don’t have mega narrow rims.
From recent reading 25’s seems about the norm in the pro peloton at the mo anyway.

Lived around there back in the nineties – there used to be lots of (sandy) trails in the hills around Sintra.
Not sure what it’s like now but it can’t have changed that much.

A couple of options: – AKG 550’s can be had for £100 – pretty good sound and very comfortable, Sennheiser Momentums at £169 are pretty good also – I doubt either will look cool enough for a 14 year old but they will sound miles better than some Beats costing a lot more!

What sort of time periods will she be using them for?
If anything remotely long I would suggest some ‘over’ ear (ones that surround the ear) rather than ‘on’ (ones that press on the ear) – personally, on ear get uncomfortable for long listening sessions.
