It get’s worse if you compare the width of a horse to modern 780/800mm bars (not that the OP was riding.)

I love the “I can go out but others can’t attitude”, how much wider is a horse compared to a decent sized human? (Shoulder to shoulder), If you have measured the trails to assume you have 2 metres between you & the person coming the other way then they must be some pretty tight margins if a horse can’t.

Edit to say my door can’t be opened from the outside without a key, it’s not like I lock it after she has left the house 😆

DD, don’t get me started on the reasons she never answers the phone but if I don’t 1 in 100 times then it was an emergency & I’m never there for her 🤣🤣🤣

I’m proud to say I’m pretty good on a BMX, at least I was in the 80’s 😜
I bought one in my 40’s & i was having a lot of fun on it, going to skate parks I used to frequent bitd, then I fell off the silly little ¼ pipe at my local park, bloody hell it hurt, no more than 7’ to flat but if it’s your head that hits first then you know about it & you realise that you don’t heal like you used to & it’s probably best that you don’t. (Deliberately cut short at the full stop)

Also Curry’s for the same money, I can google ;-)
As an aside has any headphone users listened to any 8D audio? It’s bit of a Headfuck but my daughter insists it nothing new.

TH, mainly agree, but I have carbon stuff which wasn’t any lighter, that’s not to say there isn’t lighter stuff available.

We have a full big tray, no idea what we will do with them but one of the local eateries were selling off there surplus stock, along with a half rotten lettuce, I have even less of an idea what we will do with that :roll:

There are some bargains about, but they will be older models with external batteries, nothing wrong with the performance but may not look quite look as attractive, case in point

All you need to know is that they are great (awaits the flack), if you are struggling to get out on a regular bike then its all the inspiration you need. Just don’t hit the turbo mode until you really can’t ride any further, then use it & coast home.

I have done my BT’s for years, the younger & now only surviving one requires clipping rather than stripping (plucking), I can do it OK but nowhere near as good as the groomers around the feet where the clippers don’t get in, a couple of pics for a laugh.
