Mine is just bolted to the brickwork. So long as they are not security bolts, everything should just disassemble, but it’s def a two man job to take off the motor and roller door.
One thing to really check over is the motor as they have a limited life.

If you can speak Spanish then you’ll be fine sorting things on your own, if not you may struggle as not a lot of English is spoken as it was illegal to learn until a relatively short time ago.

Lots of B&B’s, (casa particular), wherever you go.

Fantastic country to visit and actually learn about the truth and not the American propaganda version!

I recommend a visit to the Buena Vista Social Club, (café Taberna), in Havana for some old school top entertainment.

There’s a great market down in the old Havana railway station to buy souvenirs, paintings, leather goods, trinket boxes and puzzles.

We loved the island, but the food got a bit boring as basically the same with just a choice of meat really.

I run all three forms, (Pro Core, Deaneasy and ghetto using a road tub), on the DH and gravity enduro races bikes and can only say great things about the system.

No punctures all season, run 16.5 psi Fr and 19psi Rr whatever the terrain and grip is fantastic.

As mentioned above, countered 200g weight by using folding tyres instead of DH casing which generally saves 250-300g per tyre so overall you end up with a lighter wheelset.

I normally check Snowcard, Dogtag, Columbus, Sportscoverdirect and Adventures Insurance for cheapest with required cover, (Adventures Insurance coming out cheapest atm).
There’s normally an additional premium for racing over just leisure ‘DH’ mountainbiking.
If it’s an UCI event, you will also need a letter from BC to say you are fit to race.

Not if it was constructed poorly!

Even if it was constructed poorly, if it allowed you to escape a burning building then it’s still a safety enhancement!! We used to have safety systems on our construction sites 30 years ago that are now deemed unsafe in today’s climate, they still saved us in emergency evacuations.

A pole vaulting pole by the upper window would too, or a zip wire or a bungey rope!!

Saw the play last year, highly recommended and a proper lump in the throat moment.

IMO the greatest GB cyclist ever!!

Are you saying you would weld up the steel sections yourself? If not you would still have to pay someone to fabricate it for you so you’re back into the “companies that can make them for me but the cost is crazy” territory and you would have some guarantee with them on the structure, whereas none from a welder.

I don’t think you need planning permission for something that small and TBH it would be a safety enhancement.

Checkout the IXS Xult too, DH/Enduro team I ride with ran them last year and everyone loved the helmet.

Another vote for Camel Valley here :D
I think they were the first UK vineyard to beat the French and win an award for their sparkling

Fitting ProCore/Deaneasy/Ghetto Procore to every pair of DH/Enduro race bike wheels I have.

Not a single puncture running 17.5 Fr, 19 Rr and phenomenal grip in all terrains :D

Plus putting a shark ring on my XT M8000 + 36T oval front ring.

    I can highly recommend XT M8000 with 11-42 cassette + 50T one-up components shark expander with a 36T or 38T Fr ring, (I’m running a 36T oval).

Yeh, Marquis rive, nearest post code is the house on the corner WS12 4PP. Park in the one way traffic triangle on the LHS.

I wouldn’t go into Camp Field car park on RHS at night unless you have a ‘dog’ with you  8O

The only way you can stack discount is if one of them is an actual code you can input on the web site.

I know the BC one is only available at the till, but I have used a 10% off discount code on the web site to pre-order a collect at store and then used my BC card to get a further 10% off at the till when paying.

    Sebring red MkI Mexico :D

Bought one in 1987 when I started work and it’s the one car I have always regretted selling, (for an XR2!). Did a search last year and it’s still ‘alive’ but now painted white.

A friend of friend has one and I’ve told him to come and see me first if he ever wants to sell it.

You can get a 25m roll of 25mm tesa 4289 off ebay for £10

The new stans race sealant is ace too, bit more expensive but seals a hell of a lot better.

I’ve gone the next step this year and put ‘pro core’ on the DH bike. For DH racing I’d Def recommend it, running 17.5psi fr and 19psi rear whatever the terrain the tyres stick to ground like sh1t to a blanket!!

If you want to do it on the cheap, I also set up one wheel set Ghetto procore, bit more of a faff, but def works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlrvET4BgN0

Sorry, got my maths wrong, meant per week!
He has circa 13 million subscribers and is forecast to make £3.5m this year.
Most of it is mindless drivel of him just going out and doing things that us outdoor people normally do, but the fat kids sat at home in front of their PC’s love it.
Thankfully he’s not a dick like some and raises a lot of money for charity.

As someone mentioned above, they do it because they make money from equally narrow minded dicks watching it!

I know someone with a YouTube channel, he makes 30k-70k per DAY purely from viewer hits!!

Yeh, they are being very cute with their answers to that one! Someone else contacted them and asked the same question and got the reply ‘Yes there will be routes for the Sunday riders to practice on the Friday and Saturday.’

This year only Sat riders could practice the 3 stages on the Friday.

As scuttle said, advice I was given years ago by a professional cycling team doctor;-
Above the neck – ok to train/ride, below the neck – rest.

Is there anyone who lives local who could visit him and retrieve items in exchange for some beer tokens and postage??

Energy ombudsman is a complete and utter waste of time. We had months of grief as a result of our provider failing to properly take payments, but they have absolutely no power to censure or compel the provider to do anything. They are not a regulator and have no power to enforce their decision even if the provider doesn’t implement their resolution.

Completely futile even bothering to complain to them, months of stress for a completely unsatisfactory conclusion.

Interesting as I raised a complaint about non payment of FIT and the ombudsmen made the supplier award me compensation 5x higher than what they had offered and also informed me that if they didn’t pay within 28 days, he could take further measures against them.
There is a process that takes a certain number of days, but my claim went through fairly quickly.

I would go at least 2 sizes up from normal. The first time I bought some castelli ‘italian’ sized shorts in my normal M size I nearly ended up in A&E!!

I now buy XL size and they are spot on support wise and I can stand up straight without fear of being vasectomised ;)

They have also not shown any signs of loosening either, good quality, just built for people with no nuts!!

We flew M/C to Oslo, then Oslo to Bodo with SAS with our bikes.
We got late flight on a Fri from M/C and stayed in one of the Hotel across the road from airport entrance, then early flight from Oslo to Bodo Sat am.
We left our bikes and cases in Airport luggage storage to save hauling them to hotel.

It will also have to be taken into consideration on load weight too and effectively reduces the permitted weight of the object you want to lift wrt hoist/crane save loads.

I use Bolle contour too and working in the Constr industry we get all the manufacturers in trying to sell us their safety specs as we go through millions of them over the years.
These £8 glasses are better quality and protection than ‘official’ cycling glasses costing £100+
I know for a fact from seeing the actual glasses, that some of the £8 safety glasses are re-branded as ‘cycling’ and sold for 10x the price!

Shimano are using the ‘direct mount’ on a lot of oem bikes, whereas if you buy an after market shimano mech it will come with the arm fitted.

You will have a direct mount mech hanger, you just need a Std mech hanger.

Get a diagnostics done on it to find fault, cost £50 max, then make decision.
Problem with cars these days is a £2.50 part failure sends it into limp mode!!
I had a problem on mine and they instantly said, ‘new turbo’ £800+!!! Thankfully the mechanic was old school and was convinced it wasn’t and it turned out to be a sensor on the fuel system that cost £7.50.
