Their walking trousers are good for cycling in, not waterproof but stretchy and dry quickly about £30.

Probably a trip to Decathlon would sort you out at not too big an outlay.

I got Bontrager ones as that is what the LBS got in for me, they work and I fitted them without any problems.

Knards rolls along well on hard pack stuff but gets squirrely in the gloop . Vee tyres bulldozers dig in more in the gloop but are hard work on the road. Big tyres can = big fun. Cheers 1 shed.

Lovely bike enjoyed mine, I had the green one. V2 is beefed up around the seat tube top tube junction (a good thing) rode more like a MTB than a cross bike. I would have liked bigger clearance for tyres. If I was looking for a similar frame now I would be quite tempted by the Velo orange piolet as I think it might be more versatile.
