Each team should have a mate or two to ALWAYS be with the bikes during the 24hours of the event, and if they complain offer to pay them!

I'll get slated for saying this, but I honestly prefer the 'fake' Marmite.

Oh and the bars taste like shiite.

Wait the OP is actually an MTB guide? Bad form!

So they fell off a few times, big deal. Some of the riding wasn't that bad really, and based from the video one can't tell how steep some of the gradients were. Looks like they had fun and a laugh at least, which is what it's all about.

OP – please post a video of your riding skills. Ciao

Having used all other shifters from Shimano/SRAM before I'd safely say X0 gripshift are the best..by far.

Sad times, didn't know of the guy directly, but certainly listened to a fair bit of music he was involved with.

Dad was at his friends today (who happens to organise a metalfest called Bloodstock) and told me that Heaven and Hell pulled out due to the lead singers illness, then I saw this thread! 🙁

Doesn't show the motto's in front, but I guess there would be at least 30 odd.

Right just been underneath the car (Peugeot 106 1.1 btw, as basic as they come) and the left hand side of the radiator is loosing water, pure, clean, cold water. So the question is, would this be release of the possible excess water in the radiator?

I repeat. It's not been topped up in OVER 2 years. Surely some of the water in the system just 'goes down' over time?

3/4's are a bit pointless if you ask me. Why have just 5" of ones leg uncovered, same for knee warmers, hence why I seldom wear mine.

    20°C and under, legs covered.

As for leg warmers, Giordana make some good ones, but then again so do Adidas, Bioracer and BTWIN.

Try before you buy, some are way to short so can slip down easily.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. Will have another go at them tommorow.

@ MRanger. thanks for the offer, but these have plenty of life left in them yet 😉

    Thanks for the images Dancake.

The outter bolt is in fact loose, but the thread must be OK as it'll tighten up (by hand – will have to borrow the larger allen key later on)

I can in fact put it all back together..no play at all as I've said, but the large outer bolt is still loose.

Nope everything is present. Allen key bolt came undone fine, no play in the bearings, just won't come off..

    Thanks all so far..

Hope have started doing road wheels. IIRC the hubs are very similar if not the same as the MTB hubs, and the rims are rebadged FSA rims.
