Winter racing in West Yorkshire

During the winter months I have come to realise I have a competitive itch that needs scratching.

At this time of year I’m perfectly happy riding socially/developing skills, but during the winter I would like to try to commit to an xc/cross race series.

I’d need/want to get a dedicated race bike but am unsure which route to take. Does anyone know of a local race series in the West Yorkshire area?
