I am looking for new rims for my rigid mtb that I use mainly for gravel type stuff, nothing gnar.

Normally fit 2.1 tyres so what rim / internal width would be good for that? I did like the look of a crest but I have too heavy for that at 105kg

DT XM 421’s, pretty light, 25mm wide which should be about right, and 120 KG weight limit.

I don’t think Hunt make their own stuff. It’s more a packaging customer service thing. They are great though. Customer service is blinding.

But I’ve heard from a good wheelbuilder that a lot of OEM stuff is just as good.

When you say rims, are you meaning just rims? Going to get them built onto hubs you have?
