[Closed] value of a new dhx shock?

this isn't a 'pimp my ad' thread...

and I'm thinking about buying a new frame, which comes with a shock (either a dhx 5.0 coil or a dhx 5.0 air). I can also get the frame without a shock.

By happy coincidence, the shock off my old snap-and-fail will fit, and I have the right weight spring, so I have no need for the shock.

If I buy the frame sans-shock, I save £100, but I'm guessing I might be able to flog the shock (brand new) on the 2nd hand market and fit my one - however this probably isn't worth the hassle if it's only going to save me a tenner.

so STW masses, whats a shock worth? they're £350-400 in the shops, but in the classifieds it'd lose some value. it'd be in a bit of a jey size (7.865 or whatever by 2.25) so I'm thinking the air shock is more easy to sell than the coil, but ya never know..
