RS Sid 2021 lockout conversion

If you have a set of 2021 Rockshox Sid’s without a remote lockout, is it a simple cheap upgrade, or, as I seem to remember from older models, do you need a new damper assembly?

I looked into this for mine and, from the info I could find, concluded that it requires a damper swap. I ended up just swapping the supplied TwistLoc remote for a less funky alternative.

Yep, whole new damper. You’d need the Raceday remote on which is about £250 if I remember
