    Anyone know where I can buy a replacement xtr m9100 long cage? It’s the outer part. Snapped mine and would hate to this I have to replace the whole mech.

    I had a similar issue with my xtr m9000 rear mech. Crazy price for replacement so I bought an xt cage which is aluminium rather than carbon and saved myself £50. Not sure if it would work on the new 12 speed stuff but worth a try.

    Yep, looks like a new xt 12 speed mech is cheaper than the xtr cage replacement, might as well buy the xt mech swap the cage over and keep it for spares

    Did you get to the bottom of this? Does the XT cage fit the XTR M9100 mech?
