PSA: LD Mountain Centre sale.

Eventually I managed to get through on the phone to them which seemed to be what was needed to get them to actually act on the order (took about 8 times trying over several days – just kept going to answer phone).

Got the remaining bits I was waiting for but as above. Half of it refunded due to no stock.

Very happy with the prices I paid.

Not very happy with the service at all. Cost me several hours pissing about trying to get in contact with them.

Will probably avoid in the future, sadly.

I received a second despatch email last week.

Still no item – and so have chased again.

A spectacularly inept company.

My shoes arrived last week.

So – they hadn’t dispatched my order and are now cancelling (at my request).

Better keep an eye on my credit card to ensure I do actually get refunded.

Indeed that is poor.
