Natural riding? It isn’t a real ride unless you carry at least one bit….

In awe of some the pics on this thread. Simply amazing.

Obviously the only reason I have none is because I travel so much faster than you all, in Gnar zone 9. 🙂

You’re right; there are some excellent pics there. Really outstanding, but that’s what happens if you make the effort to get out into wild places.

Probably my favourite is Druidh’s sunset shot, sublime, well done!

Some lovely photos in this thread.

bigdugsbaws P1000580 – Great picture! Looks like the rider to the right is either just getting on, or fighting to keep on the bike with his leg out.

Nice thread. Some natural riding pics from the last 2 weeks. A few areas within a short drive of the Basque Country so a bit different to pictures I may have posted before:

Awesome pics. Blue skies here in N. Wales so, inspired by this thread, work can wait for a couple of hours.

Loads of truly beautiful and inspiring photos in this thread. Keep them coming! Great to see people putting the mountain part into mountain-biking 🙂

Riding up and down Snowdon made me realise how much more fun natural riding is than trail centres. I get the same feeling whenever I ride at the Long Mynd. Unfortunately I live in the East Midlands so can’t regularly ride good natural stuff.

At this rate we could knock up a mighty fine STW forum calendar for next year. If its good enough for winterhighland its worth ripping off.

Think a few people would. The winterhighland one works on the rough principle of people submit images via a forum thread and they get voted on. I just like the idea of a natural riding by normal people calendar – no huck just hills.
