Yeah they’re really good IMO. I had a fault develop with a lens I bought from there and he sorted it under the warranty with no hassle whatsoever. The condition descriptions are spot on I would say.

Bought a 70-200 L. No issues.

bought from and sold to them several times and they’ve been great every single time…

I got a lens from there – no problems – would use again for sure…

I’ve heard good things about their service, but when I looked, I could get grey imports cheaper new than their mint price (roughly the same as their VGC price) and sell my stuff on ebay for a fair bit more than their trade-in prices.

I would use, if those things weren’t true, or if the item I wanted to buy was rare.

hmmmmm, been quite keen on the Sony NEX 5N for a while, there’s one there for £289 which seems cheaper than anywhere else I’ve looked (including ebay).

Yes, that does sound like a good price for mint body with the lens.
