Always wary of doing the "old bloke laughing at what the youngsters are wearing" thing, I clicked - but this is hilarious - they're taking the mick surely aren't they? 🙂

Nice shoes.

At least the model looks thrilled to bits.

How long have sandals been called "sliders"?

Make your break last a little bit longer by wearing shorts in the airport, whatever the weather

Erm I do this most of the summer and I'm 49 and not at all hip!

Great to see a bit of snobbery from the usual.

Possibly a subversive photo study highlighting the plight of Salvation Army clothes donation bin rough sleepers?

I dunno, I think I’d possibly want more for the £2k ish  each they all seem to have spent on charity shop clobber.

Oh, and never skip leg day, kids.

I can't think of a human alive that would look good in those clothes.

Just use a bit of imagination, its not what you wear its how you wear it - almost any of these outfits could easily be enhanced by being accessorised with a casually slung Kalashnikov for instance.

Apart from the one at the top of the thread - that calls for a fez and a little pair of cymbals.

That is beautiful. Show up dressed like that in any Russian transport hub and you will either be beaten up immediately, or taken for one of the locals, chances are roughly 50/50.

Except this one where he looks like a returning Olympian who's lost half his tracksuit.

I'm so fashion forward -  I've been wearing socks and sandals back from the trails for years....

I'll take the £310 mock thrift store t-shirt and the £200 Jimmi Choo holiday inn sandals.

Its like someone took a picture of my anxiety dream

I'm the stag,  the ****'s stole my trousers and left me in the airport in my boxer shorts.

I totally expect Aussie Wil to be wearing much of this stuff in a future 'Sponsored content' feature.

I'm still scarred by the 'Let's dress him in everything Endura make' winter clothing puff.

If he was my child he'd be sent to his room until he could look a little more cheery.

Us Brits stand out when we Ryanair it around the cheapest bits of the world. Still we don't do thong trunks like the Germans!

They looked like the outfit that I was made to wear on my stag do. Assembled from charity shops, it was genius because unlike fun fancy dress it was just about believable that it was normal clothing.

Some time around the end of the 80s a bunch of us had the idea of having a bit of fancy dress night out - just go out around town as we normally did on Thursday night (Giro-night the best night out in town), but dressed in clothes from the 70s. Not 'fancy dress' - more kind of geography teacher chic. Fine - wall went off to raid the charity shops and later convened at the pool table in the Royal Alfred in nylon, knitted ties and flares looking like extras from Life on Mars. Accept for Dave who had only really half heard the plan 'fancy dress' and '70s' and turned up as Dylan from the Magic Roundabout.- Quite a strong look in St Helens in 1989.

Socks halfway up your legs regardless of the shoes accompanying them always remind me of middle aged Americans on holiday. Socks reaching your knees should only be worn if you’re kicking a ball around

People don’t pay £1,100 for a cardigan. Surely. Not actually. Must be a pisstake

Well, I'm disappointed Dez - you can't carry off "just" the slides.  It's the whole look or not at all
