Got a set of the old Vector 2 power pedals. Unfortunately one is worn at the front so the cleat is cloose even with then spring tension maxed out. I could add a 2-3mm strip to the front of the cleat to make up the difference, but then there will be less overlap and engagement, so I’d prefer to build up the pedal instead if possible. I think the body is made from some sort of fibre reinforced polymer. I have access to epoxy and fibreglass, 3D printer, scraps of alu etc, but I can’t decide which (if any) is most likely to stay in place and not just snap off immediately.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers!

I doubt any repair would last long at all.

Yeah. Maybe packing out the cleat is the best way.
