Gather as many check points either Solo or in a Pair as you can in the time limit, pick your own routes and manage your time.
There’s options to:
Bike only
Run only (heaven forbid!!)
Bike and Run (Duo)
Bike, Run and Kayak
The multi discipline options can be done in any order.
Must add I’m not one of the organisers, but they did promise me a free post-race pasty on posting this up, I’ll be not to die attempting the Duo Solo.
