how easy is it to do this yourself? said ill help my mate do his, what tools do i need? everything from start to finish? its a standard hope BB.

You need to know which side has the l/h thread. You also need to remember that it cunningly swaps sides when you turn the bike upside down.

they are very easy to do yourself. the BB tools might not be long enough to get the leverage so I just put an old seatpost over the end. just make double sure you are undoing them the right way as its opposite to the way you think!
