Ballpark costs for braze-ons?

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has an idea what ballpark costs I would be looking at for the following alterations to a steel frame I have (853 solarismax):

1) rack mounts
2) mudguard mounts
3) 3x bottle bosses under the downtube

Reason for asking is that it works really well as a relaxed tourer. At the moment I am limited to using shonkyish solutions for bolting stuff to it that don’t give me a lot of confidence on long trips carrying lots of stuff.
Usually this would be a great excuse for another bike but I don’t have room for any more at home unfortunately 🙁

Next question then. Where in the vicinity of Leeds is the best frame builder for this type of thing? Ellis Briggs? Woodrup? Are Bob Jackson still going (they were on the edge of folding a couple of years back)
