    As title really, ive picked up a sqlabs saddle and its got carbon rails but i cant find anything referencing torque values or anything really.

    Not too much.

    I’ve never treated them any different to metal rails.

    I’ve got the SQlabs carbon railed one on my 301. I like it.
    A bit of carbon grip paste where the clamp sits on the rails is a good idea, so you don’t have to go silly tight.
    You won’t crush it though.

    Use a bit of carbon paste and tighten to spec. Nothing else to worry about really. I have a couple of carbon railed saddles and they have been as fit and forget as any metal railed saddle I have owned.

    If they’re oversized rails just check your seat post is compatible as not all designs are. On my Bontrager seat post you need to swap the bit that clamps the rails if they’re oversized.
