    Poolman – I’m with you 100%. Some dreadful local authority funded CARE homes out there. Pretty shocking in fact.

    Council ones can be pretty crap. My mums private one was a £1000 a week. It will come as no surprise if people stash away large amounts of cash to pay for the nicer ones.
