I got tasked with mentoring one of our new starters last year and she just got her work book signed off in double quick time. Well chuffed for her as she is very very good and has worked hard and my first bit of official mentoring has gone so well. Nice way to end the week ๐Ÿ˜†

Good man! The importance of a good mentor can't be overestimated. I've had a terrible one this past year and it's been a main part of me deciding to leave my job. So well done, I'm sure she'll benefit from your wisdom in the future!

Good work.

The person I'm training hasn't got much of a clue, so it's slow going!
