Second night in a row I can't connect (so can't finish watching the Amazon Prime movie we started watching). They have a message saying they know some people are having problems.
Is it usually this bad, or is this a freak thing? Have only had the Xbox since Xmas and rarely use the Live account so don't have much experience.
