i don't suggest they are going to nuke us tomorrow, but every body seams to be very concerned about them at the moment,and it sound like they are capable of anything?
Not unless you have a nuke that can remove the military leadership and leave the populous alone.
The people of North Korea are similar the East Timorese, I wish there was more we could do
