It used to, now it doesn't. It's peeing me off.
Use the exchange server option?
It was never really designed to - gmail used to say that linking through outlook wasn't really what they wanted people to do. They may have just turned that option off/down even further.
Gmail IMAP's a bit weird isn't it. I don't use it but seem to recall it drops everything in All Mail and any other folders are just labels and weirdness ensues.
Think you need to change IMAP settings to not expunge or something along those lines.
It was working perfectly until a few days ago. Nothing has changed on my end.
It marks them as deleted in the client but the server is ignoring the delete requests for some reason or other.

Instructions are for iDevices, but settings should work for outlook too?
