Far as I'm aware it's an independent run by a small 'family' of about a dozen staff. It's not owned by a big player like Future or anything.

There are days when I'm not sure either of those apply. But no, we don't get paid other than an invite to the Christmas party. Oh, and we got a free t-shirt the other day, which was nice.

The regular political thread posters here are pretty unrepresentative of the country as a whole as we see in their reaction to government policy of both Labour, Calition and Tory governments.

STW has been here for more than 20 years and that track record speaks for itself and they are not running a charity shop you know.

That's interesting, I had assumed the magazine would be all about roadbikes and left wing politics based on the nonsense on here. Maybe I will give it a go.
