Looking for a "cheap" flash gun for an Olympus E420.

Budget up to £150.

There seems to be a massive cost variance with flash guns and I'm not sure what the main differences are?

Looking at the Godox V850II for £120

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01HO7IGCU/ref=psdc_1330771031_t2_B00I0OM3Z8

or the Godox TT600 for £56

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Godox-TT600-Wireless-Speedlite-Panasonic/dp/B01937BNA6

I'm not sure if the more expensive one will add many benefits for my E420, as I don'tthink it can use a lot of the features?

Or should I just get a s/h Olympus FL36 for about £70 - £80 off Ebay?

Any advice or suggestions?

I can't comment on the other Flash guns - I have an E-520 and use the FL-36 which has met my needs but then I'm not a heavy user for all the other features

Meike MK320, about £50. It's a lot smaller and lighter than some of these flashes, makes sense if you have a smaller camera.
