I have a couple of collectable Gerber knives (a folder and a fixed blade) which I'd like to sell.

Looks like i cannot sell on ebay - any other ideas?

You cannot list knives on ebay UK - but you can see knives being sold by international sellers..

I just looked at ebay and you are right, that is madness.

its that a recent thing (ebay)? I don't make a big thing of buying knives often but I wasn't aware that any I have bought have been from international sellers.

That said I usually buy Chisel Knifes - which ebay seems to see as being a chisel rather than a knife

I'd have thought they'd be much easier to sell to an american. Can you stick them on ebay usa or would delivery/customs be tricky?

At least 8 years. Came up when i sold a load of dive gear

Gerber Operation Iraqi Freedom special edition

Pity - they brought out a really rare later version; "Operation WTF do we do now?  Those ****ers won't do as they're told"

<div id="singl-372e518de4c3dad88fd97098eba9c89e"> Most American sites won’t sell outside CONUS, because of the stricter knife laws which can mean confiscation by customs and all the problems that brings. Having said that there are a great many mundane items that US sellers won’t sell abroad, because of claims for missing parcels etc. I’ve bought knives from US sellers, but they’re very difficult to find.</div>

He still does, he sells them at fairs and online but it requires an ID confirmation for online.

Ammonite Knives, they're very nice.
