At home my shower is, well a shower. What do you do with this ?
All I can think is that it's a pretend microphone for if you like singing in the shower ? If the powers of STW world fail to tell me, I may have to ask the wife 😯

I'd give it a spray with the anti-bac before using it as a microphone.
why not ask a plumber to come round to show you/ the mrs how to use it.

It will break your shower base/bath/big toe at the first opportunity.
It will fit into a standard shower rail if you pick one up but you'll need to change the entire hose if you want a different head as the fixing on the head end isn't a standard one.
Its an endoscope - not the business end put the eyepiece. The business end is in the cubicle next-door. Hold it to your eye and adjust the two dials on the wall to zoom and focus.
