I have panic attacks if we run out of HP brown sauce or Encona hot pepper sauce.

Doritos Hot Salsa. You can use it on pretty much everything, and it's very good for you.

(Heniz goes without saying really) Salad cream, tomato sause & HP brown sause - will make even the worst meal taste acceptable.
Oh and a chorizo sausage to whip up an instant stew with.

EDIT: Actually on my g/f's behalf... sainsbug's mixed beans in chilli sause - we use it as a base for most things.
