Billions and Homeland are over until next year. Better Call Saul and Fargo are halfway through...

What are people watching on the online stations, Netflix, Amazon et al?

There's a new series of House of Cards on the way and I'll have a look at American Gods, as much as half the title makes my teeth hurt. ๐Ÿ˜‰

very much enjoyed

Neo-noir family drama set in the steamy Florida Keys, great story and excellent acting IMO.

Also just watched two episodes of

On BBC iplayer. Naughty and laugh out loud in parts. Yes it has that self-conscious English starch but that almost adds to the comic neurosis. Worth a try.

Game of Thrones is back on box sets if you haven't seen it, we hadn't and it's pretty good.

Wayward Pines is enjoyable, as was Hand of God.

Binge watching Game of Thrones at the moment. Brilliant.

Thoroughly enjoyed Fleabag, in a cringeworthy manner.

19-2 on channel 5 catch-up is pretty good.

Not sure if the entire series is available, but it's probably worth starting from the beginning if you can find it.

Lethal Weapon. - the series, not the films.

Utterly daft but i'm hugely enjoying it at the moment.

How far in are you?

it gets ridiculously repetitive. I sacked it after season 3.

I watched Bloodline after a recomendation on here. Not sure its worth all the hype. took about 10-12 episodes before anything really happened and even then it was a bit of anti-climax.

I did enjoy Goliath on Amazon though

Fleabag is brilliant, that bit where she tries to scare her boyfriend in the shower literally made some wee come out!!

Master of None on Netflix is amazing, currently loving the new second series!

About halfway through season 3 Bob. Not getting bored just yet but I have been wondering how they can keep it interesting for 8 seasons.

The Expanse on Netflix is pretty good.
Currently watching Killjoys and Designated Survivor although the latter is a bit far fetched

Sense8 season 1 was excellent, couldn't get through the NYE special and haven't started S2 yet
Tried The OA but couldn't get into that, may try again later

as noted in the thread a bit higher here are a few currents:

The expanse (decent sci-fi)
Black Sails (just finished so a cracking binge watch)
The Left overs (bat shit crazy but good)
American Gods (3 episodes in an not bad)
Quarry (crime drama... really enjoyed this)
The night of ( same as above and excellent)
Attack on titan (gory manga series)
Star Wars rebels (animated star wars universe... quite dark in places)
Big little lies (not seen this but it's been thoroughly recommended)

Recently discovered Sherlock and after 3 "seasons" I am enjoying that.

Also (with the Dexter link) Six Feet Under is my go to recommendation on TV that is top quality but lots of people haven't seen

FFS don't bother past S4! 1-3 are great, 4 is OK ish, after that, downhill rapidly. Don't make the mistake of going 'I'm invested this much, I'll watch it through'. It's really not worth it.

The OA took a while but I quite enjoyed it.
Stranger Things is incredible.
As above, first season of Sense8 is hard work at first (takes about 4 episodes to get going) but the last 2 episodes utterly destroyed me. The episode delving into Riley's past was genuinely heartbreaking. However, I totally gave up on the new year episode, bored the crap out of me.
Also really enjoyed The Returned as well.

Designated Survivor and Persons of Interest are some o the only things that whave had me going 'I just can't be arsed with this' - hell, Even Zoo was more enjoyable, and that was utter nonsense.

Currently on Iron Fist, which I'm still undecided about.

Just finished watching the last season of Black Sails, great show, better than GoT in a way! Also recently binge watched all 12 (!) seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. It's like Seinfeld on crack, awesome.

Don't forget 'Making A Murderer' - hands down one of the most involving, gripping, shout-at-the-TV serial documentaries I've seen. A must-see.

I second Hell on Wheels and Black Sails. Bosch is also worth a watch, nothing special, but still good. Spiral is a brilliant French cop drama if you can find it.

We're 'boxsetting' The Sopranos at the moment, it's out "there's nothing on" go to at the moment, we're half way though the extended 6th series, it's lost steam.

Tried GoT for a second time, don't know why but it's not grabbing us.

Line of Duty is on Netflix, 1st series done, getting into 2nd now.

Better Call Saul of course.

Designated Survivor, but it's taken a turn for the nonsensical, sad, it started well.

Waiting for:

House of Cards
Orange is the new Black
GOT

G.L.O.W. is coming soon on Netflix, looks pretty good.

Which half of American Gods makes your teeth hurt?

Also, if super heroes are your bag

Daredevil
Jessica Jones
Luke Cage
Iron Fist

Probably in that order too

Plenty of good stuff mentioned on the other TV thread. Legion and Mr Robot were two I didn't see on there that I'd recommend from the last few years.

We are currently working our way through Brooklyn Nine Nine which is pretty funny.

Also, if you've not watched it yet go find Peaky Blinders.
