Started the week with very sore legs and a lack of energy, thought it was flu, but I've had a flu jag. It then went onto the diarrhea and vomiting stage, but it didn't have quite the volitility that norovirus has, in that it was never like red hot lava spewing out of both ends at the same time. I have lost 1/2 stone since it started.

Did you wake up with the last letter of the alphabet carved in your chest?

If so, it could be Zorovirus.

You can re-catch norovirus.. you may have some residual resistance but still get milder symptoms. Could be other virus / food poisioning / c diff etc

Could be an allergy? I get the same thing if I eat coriander.

Dunno but I think I had it yesterday. Rather annoyed I seem to have missed out on the weight-loss bonus, though.

It could also be the flu.
Having the flu jab doesn't stop you getting it.

Gastroenteritis.

One time I had it, ran out of bog roll so had to brave the 1 minute walk to the shop. I made it about 20vyards before I realised I was going to die in the street covered in my own faeces.

I had a little cry, but managed to hold it in alive.

Surely gastroenteritis is a symptom rather than an actual infection/virus?

It is kind but it's condition caused infections.
