About half an hour after eating last night, tickling in throat, squeezing around lower ribs and feeling hot, stomach making noises

Faded after a few mins

No, just a sudden searing pain up me jacksy, if it lasted any longer than 1 second I think I would have to end myself. Let me guess, if it lasts it means something bad!

Lots of these well recognised

We look for earwax and foreign bodies in ears when people have odd coughs
Mixturition syncope already mentioned.
The belly button anus one not uncommon.
Lots of people get cramps under the tongue/jaw
And tha last few posters are describing proctalgia fugax.
Most women have a larger left breast, most men a larger left testicle. Etc etc

Some good ones too though. ๐Ÿ™‚

you know that's an actual thing ? micturition syncope. Worth chatting to your doc as there may be a treatable underlying "thing". Also def worth getting into a habit of sitty-downy pissing, especially if you've got up from your bed

I'd forgotten about this. I thought it might be because of meds which can be sedative and I ended up trying hard to get it over and done quickly so I could lie down again. That nearly happened sooner than I wanted.

Random pains at unexpected moments, yep. A bit like the 'falling off your perch and catching yourself as you're falling asleep' thing. Monkey tail fall arrest.

I had a three episodes of going completely disoriented/dizzy/semi-fainting and falling off into the heather while biking a big solo ride a couple of years ago. Then I had another episode of the same while sitting down on the train home from that ride. Many tests and doctors and no useful conclusion until I had it again months later but this time prolonged and much worse and was diagnosed as viral
labrynthitis.

Another arse cramp sufferer here, always when sleeping and accompanied by a rather impressive erection.

Nothing relieves or comes close to the pain

What my husband describes as "itchy brain". It's an itch that must be satisfied by sticking my finger in my ear whilst simultaneously 'scratching' the roof of my mouth with my tongue.

He thinks I'm mental

Schweis that sounds like anxiety and a panic attack to me.

The passing out is you holding your breath without knowing.

Happens to me too.

That's also me! Never heard it described as 'itchy brain' but I get the exact same thing. Weird.
