The bf and I are planning to go away for a weekend in March for my 30th birthday and I'm trying to decide what to do. I wanted to do something different as we have ridden and climbed all over the UK. The ideas I have come up with so far are weather dependant and cant be sorted till the last minute:
Cross Country Skiing in Scotland
A weekend climbing in the Costa Blanca
A weekend riding / climbing in the Lakes
Has anyone got any other ideas? I'd ideally like to the keep the costs down.

The most stunning coastline, beautiful hills, great food, great pubs, great people. Go.
Surfing in Croyde or rock climbing on Baggy Point (also Croyde), same sort of thing can be had at Sennen Cove.
go to cervinia and skin up from top lift" Klien matterhorn " to the "breithorn " a 4000 meter peak ski off top if you fancy it or walk down wee bit get pissed feel cocky
