My son is looking to get married but the venue are insisting on wedding insurance.
It appears that most companies that used to do it (like John Lewis) have stopped.
Can anyone recommend a company?

Thanks
Eyepic

Might be worth asking the venue if they have any recommendations?

Wedding insurance was always snake oil.

That said, it's also my understanding that a lot of providers have left the market. That normally means they've had a kicking on claims, which fits with the last couple of years of Covid.

So, if the venue is insisting on it, it's probably because they've been affected by covid cancellations recently (or something else). I'd ask the venue who they'd recommend as a provider.

I don't know, but I'd strongly suspect, that anyone offering it probably won't include Covid cover anyway.
