Of the three forums to put this in, you went for the wrong one!

I think most of the experience on STW is with planes on conveyors!

That's a very small plane you'll be needing as well then.

It won't take off even with new rollers

It's a quiet day or a dull show in the world of AV then. 🙂

I quite fancy a pair of the ones with a resistance unit built in to replace my turbo trainer 🙂

I don't think you should have titled this thread "Way OT". Conveyer belts seem to be a STW core competency, or in their own minds anyway. 🙂

Industrial??? Mate, you said you needed some rollers to support 100kg each, with decent bearings!!! If that's not industrial I don't know what is! Size wise it sounds similar to the ones on our field belt (They might be 450mms though) I'll bet IBI have got them on the shelf.

It would have to be ALOT cheaper than the commercially available ones in order to offset the 'value' there is in these products - the Elite ones have profiled roller surfaces for easier centering, clever folding mechanisms for easy storage, stiff/light aluminium extruded runners so they are easy to port around etc etc. I'm guessing, but I doubt if I'd be tempted for quite a bit less than a hundred notes.
