As a full member, you can switch the videos pop-ups off.  My account - preferences - disable video

STW want / need to montarise the forum.  Adverts including the popups is one way of doing it.  ~another is subscriptions

Now I disagree with a bunch of stuff around this but the crucial thing is its not up to me.  Its not a democarcy, its not a public space its a private playground.  If you want to come in and play then you need to put up with the decisions they make.

I decided to pay partly to get rid of the adverts and partly to put just a little back into the community.  I still have no say in how this place is run.  I have my choice - take it or leave it.
