I orded some thin undergloves from "the " Ussen website.
The gloves have not arrived.
The website now seems to be down.
Does anyone know anything about Ussen ?
They seemed well regarded products after some research.
I now think that they do not sell to the public and the website i used may have been a scam one.

I sent an email to them to chase order up a few days back using a contact form on the same website and now the whole website is down?
Very strange ......not a huge amount but maybe its a genuine mistake and website is down , more likely a scam website.....

Ussenpoutdoors.com doesn't exist. If you ordered from there then yes, you've been scammed.
If you mean ussenoutdoors.com, their domain registration checks out at least. It was renewed for two years back in September so appears to be legit.
Does your receipt have a phone number?

Its was from Ussenoutdoor.com
No phone number or phone no on that website.hence sending the "contact " email.
Maybe they are updating website or not selling to the public now. I will try and track a factory number or something from a supplier.
