Blimey - congrats!

That picture... that was taken extremely early in the girl's life I'm guessing?!

Congrats to all of you

At 38 we had 3 & 5 year old boys then wife found out she was pregnant.

That wasnt the only surprise turns out they were twins.

Took me a while to be really happy about it, but I blooming love them now. Poorer, more stressed, less time to ride but I love it.

Enjoy it all ! even those sleepless nights

Well done. It will all be worth it. 🙂

Our last child had left home for Uni when we had an unexpected surprise followed by another 5 years later.

Now they have in turn left home and I'm worried about further surprises. If only I knew what caused it... 🙂

Well done. I'm 48 with a 10 and 8 year old. Having kids keeps you young.

Having kids keeps you young.

30-odd years of racing road bikes had left me with the upper body of a withered old man. 4 weeks of parenthood and I have muscles I didn't know existed!

He shouldn't have stepped out in front of you, you'd have been very tired and finding it hard to concentrate at that point.

I had a first one at 38 (8 months ago), i'll prob be 40+ if/when we have another.

Still get out on the bike even if its just commuting. Bought a 2nd hand bike trailer and someones donated a child seat to us, so we can all get out on the bikes together.

And you live in a haunted house!

Congratulations to you councillor 🙂

This has been a very different experience to when Funk Mk2 was born. In a good way. He's just been to visit and kept stroking (poking in the eyes) his sisters cheek. I asked him if we should keep his sister and he said no 😆

46 with an 8, 7 and 3 year old here. Not sure if it keeps you young, though I'm still as handsome and virile as I ever was, so who knows (you can take that any way you like!) 😉

Congrats OP she's a beaut 🙂

Congratulations. The second is a lot easier. You will all enjoy the experience more than the first.
