Wasn't a ticket! Some joker thinking it was funny to ticket cars in the village with pretend tickets because they didn't like the fact the beer festival brought more people into the village to spend money.
Tell the local plod. Whoever it was is guilty of "interference with a vehicle"
Driving to a beer festival? That's either a waste of time and effort, or very very naughty.
Unless you slept in the back of the van while the effects of all that fine traditional ale wore off, in which case well done.
